Service Use and Cancellations

Using our services constitutes acceptance of potential charges for late cancellations or no-shows. Session packages are non-refundable but transferable. Scheduled appointments require timely arrival, and delays may affect session length without refund.

Digital and Physical Products

Digital products, such as audio, ebooks, and home study courses, are non-refundable, while defective tangible products may be exchanged within 15 days.

Courses and Workshops

Fees for digital courses and deposits for workshops are non-refundable, barring medical emergencies without alternative dates.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data, adhering to the GDPR ( General Data Protection Regulation) European Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) USA.
